Cheryl Abrams Davis

Cheryl Abrams Davis serves as a partner and manager for RE/MAX United. The company maintained 7.5% market share in 2024, holding on to its third-place position in the county. RE/MAX United has 62 licensees, while the two top brokerages have hundreds of agents. In 2024, RE/MAX International recognized Abrams Davis as the Maryland Office Manager of the Year.

Abrams Davis assumed the role of 2025 president of Maryland REALTORS® on September 18, 2024. In that position, she leads approximately 30,000 members. As president-elect, she worked closely with the legal and leadership team to navigate forms and business practices required by the NAR settlement agreement.

Abrams Davis also serves as a director for BrightMLS. In that role, she helped shape the MLS for subscribers to comply with the settlement agreement last year.
