As CEO of HSF Affiliates LLC, Chris Stuart oversees all network-facing, operational and IT groups within the company to help successfully attract new franchisees and help existing franchisees expand and optimize their operations. To accomplish these objectives, Stuart is tasked with constantly evolving and extending the value proposition of HSF Affiliates’ networks by enriching the quality of tools, services, operational guidance and leadership the firm provides.

“It’s my job to lead and inspire all of the wonderful team members within our company, as well as the ecosystem of wonderful partners that we’ve assembled in pursuit of our goals,” says Stuart. This year, Stuart and his team drove a number of new initiatives and deliverables designed to power the networks’ next phase of growth, but the biggest highlight was the transformation in the company’s technology platform.

Prior to his role at HSF, Stuart was part of the executive leadership team at Intero Real Estate Services in Silicon Valley, where he was charged with growing and managing Intero’s franchise company and was involved in various corporate initiatives. Prior to Intero, he was part of a founding team of a mortgage brokerage firm that grew to become one of the largest mortgage banking firms in the Northern California region. Stuart was also an enterprise account executive at Oracle, and prior to that, built and oversaw Silicon Valley-based teams responsible for creating some of the very first internet-based applications in arenas ranging from commerce and customer service to knowledge management and inventory control.
