Serving as senior vice president for Long and Foster Companies for 20 years, Cindy Ariosa has grown the company from 22 offices to over 40. Even through a global pandemic, she was able to increase sales over 13 percent in 2020. In addition to managing operations, budgets, mergers and acquisitions, and supervising the management team and salesforce, Ariosa is also the driving force behind the administration and communication of policy throughout the company.

She serves as chairman of the National Association of REALTORS®’ (NAR) MLS Issues and Policy Committee, the NAR 2021 liaison for large firms and industry relations, treasurer of Bright MLS, and hosts educational and motivational virtual meetings to keep her team updated and guide them through new and unprecedented times. Specializing in business development, coaching, technology, company growth, recruiting and retention, she has led her 2,200 sales associates to reach over $6 billion in sales with over 17,000 transactions.
