With over 20 years in the real estate industry, as well as serving as CEO of Portland Real Estate Group and the United Home Group, Cody Gibson was the right choice for director of expansion at Keller Williams Realty International’s KW Expansion Network (KWEN). “Since the inception of KW’s expansion program in 2011, I’ve been passionate about creating opportunities and coaching agents toward opportunity utilizing the collective resources provided by Keller Williams,” says Gibson.

In 2021, it was announced that KWEN will maximize operational efficiencies for teams and offer a simplified, standardized compensation plan for expansion teams to grow into new markets. Gibson spearheaded the development in partnership with Keller Williams franchise owners and stakeholders. “With KWEN, we’re doubling down on our enduring commitment to be the best home for teams to thrive with unlimited growth potential,” he says. This year, KWEN will be fully operational in all 50 states.
