Craig McClelland is the vice president and chief operating officer of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers. In a collaborative role that works alongside the company’s CEO, McClelland helps to oversee all aspects of the brokerage’s day-to-day operations, leading the strategic direction of the company.

McClelland’s efforts have helped to reshape the company’s ability to communicate across the organization, refining how agents engage with their clients and streamlining internal processes to prepare for significant market shifts in the coming year. Client services and transaction efficiency are top of mind for McClelland in his mission to continuously improve his brokerage and positively influence the real estate market at large.

McClelland’s accomplishments range from being a top REALTOR® in Atlanta and growing a small independent brokerage to over 20 offices with 1,100 agents. He is deeply entrenched in the REALTOR® community as a regular news contributor; a board member for multiple organizations such as HomeSnap JV, the Broker Public Portal and BryteCore; as well as an investor and advisor to several technology companies—cementing his role as a valuable thought leader in the industry.
