Creig Northrop, founder and CEO of Northrop Realty, is an advocate for constant learning. In 2024, he was invited to teach a class on successful team building at the 2024 Maryland REALTOR® Conference, showcasing his industry knowledge and expertise. He was also featured in several industry publications and panels about growing trends in property investment and business building skills.

In addition to his speaking engagements and educational events, he continued to elevate the real estate experience for his agents, providing ABR certification training to prepare for industry changes. He also created “Out of Your Comfort Zone 2,” focused on buy-side transactions, and co-created “Overthinking with Kathi Austin.”
