In 2022, Dan Birdwell led the launch of REVIVE, a weekly in-person accountability and synergy session for real estate agents to break the bonds of the pandemic mindset. REVIVE meetings bring awareness to industry changes and offer a platform for dialogue, discovery and a way for agents to reboot their business. As a result, attendance surpasses 40 agents per week and agent production has increased 32%.
Birdwell has also been integral in rolling out Legacy Real Estate’s educational workshops associated with their CRM platforms, as well as local real estate classes to further support agents after a 2-year global pandemic. These classes offer an environment for agents to learn new skills, as well as tips for how to apply them into their careers.
Birdwell always puts his focus on making connections, making a difference for the better, and believes in the ripple effect of good deeds, positive guidance and strong work ethic.
