Dan Birdwell serves as sales manager for the Legacy Real Estate & Associates, Livermore Office, which is one of the largest-producing real estate offices in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2023, Birdwell expanded REVIVE meetings and increased attendance to more than 45 agents per week.
These weekly in-person sessions provide agents with accountability, mentorship, camaraderie, a platform for dialogue and learning, and a way to remain energized. Birdwell invited guest speakers to share insights they have gained through their work in the real estate industry.
Birdwell played a key role in introducing in-person educational workshops associated with Legacy Real Estate’s CRM, as well as classes designed to help agents navigate a changing real estate market. Those training sessions teach agents new skills and allow them to apply what they have learned immediately.
“Coaching has always been a big part of my life,” says Birdwell. “There is no better feeling than helping someone—whether it\’s to better themselves in their career, in life or in whatever passions they go after. Helping people succeed is the most rewarding part of my career.”
