In 2024, Duffy was instrumental in bringing Premiere Plus Realty into the United family, plus additional walkovers to increase agent count and strengthen United’s market presence in key markets. In addition, Duffy’s leadership led the brokerage to deliver 14% agent growth through August 2024, despite the industry estimating a 6% to 10% decrease in total agents.
