Dan Forsman is president and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties, which has over 1,650 associates and 26 locations across the Greater Metro Atlanta and North Georgia area. The company is a market leader in Georgia, having generated over $4 billion in sales volume and 12,016 transaction sides in 2018.
Under Forsman’s leadership, the company recently rolled out and implemented agent coaching at all levels. The results are a better customer experience, more engagement in the company’s core services and continued growth in agent PPP.
“Every day in every way we can get better and better,” says Forsman. “We work in a ‘target rich’ environment of opportunity. They are endless. It’s a mindset of service.”
With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Forsman is widely recognized by his peers in real estate and the business community and has been awarded many personal honors. However, he is quick to give the credit to his agents and team members.
Forsman was recently recognized with a special award as an Industry Icon in Modern Luxury Interiors Atlanta magazine’s 2019 Real Estate Awards. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties was also an award winner in the Best Employer category. Forsman has won several other awards and honors, including Most Admired CEO from the Atlanta Business Chronicle for several years in a row and Prudential Broker of the Year in 2016. He also previously served as president of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association and president of the Metro Atlanta Relocation Council.
