Home inspection is a vital part of buying a house, and Dan Steward blazed new frontiers in the process, before announcing his retirement late last year. During 2022, he oversaw the full implementation of the new Ultimate Home Inspection experience program across the U.S. and Canada.

The program is designed to not only aid homebuyers before their sale, but to also define a new value proposition for REALTORS®: those who use it against those who don’t.

Steward’s goal was always “to see franchisees flourish, achieve their goals, go after their dreams and build wealth and quality of life through pride of service to their local community of real estate agents and homebuyers. It’s not very complicated,” he says. “I get to live in two worlds of aspirations of many people: to own their own business and to own a home. I get to serve to help both, which is pretty awesome.”
