At just 28 years old, Danielle Andrews opened an international franchise, and has rapidly grown her office throughout 2023. Known for her creative and strategic thinking, the broker/owner has shown a keen ability to network and build relationships as well as help her agents increase their sales, develop business plans and grow their digital marketing presence. In fact, she even created digital marketing content creation space throughout her office for her agents to use free of charge, and continues to develop strategic partnerships with other businesses in the community to give her agents a unique value proposition amongst the competition.
“I have several agents whose production has increased since coming to my brokerage,” says Andrews. “Helping think of creative ways to generate leads and being excited about their business gives me great joy.”
Andrews serves as a member of several committees within her local board of REALTORS®. An active member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers Tallahassee chapter and an affordable housing advocate, she’s working with the city of Tallahassee to build an affordable new construction home to be purchased by a low-to-moderate-income family. Actively helping others become investors and develop the community, Andrews works with investors to help her real estate investing clients build a strong financial portfolio.
“It is rewarding helping people build generation wealth through real estate,” she says. “I often have a lot of first-time homebuyers, and many of them are first-generation homebuyers. This is huge because it’s unlocking doors and changing lives.”
