By making smart business moves, McEnearney was able to retain all its staff and grow its agent count at a time when many other companies were laying off employees and cutting back on services.
McEnearney merged with Middleburg Real Estate and Atoka Properties in 2023. That partnership significantly expanded McEnearney’s market presence in the metro D.C. area and added two more brokers to the ownership group.
