Dawn Pfaff, president and CEO of State Listings Inc., is a technology entrepreneur with 20-plus years of experience in the real estate industry. 2020 brought on challenges and restrictions, and without hesitation, she helped members rethink their business strategy and build a digital marketing plan from the ground up utilizing technology.

Pfaff recognized this opportunity and used it to increase offerings and resources for members, such as educational content like webinars and online classes.

“2020 was a year of evolution and innovation that will permanently change our industry,” says Pfaff. “It’s critical for us to both create new products and tools, and truly invest in training and improving our members for the real estate market to continue to grow.”
