As the unprecedented market continued through 2021, Dermot Buffini kicked the year off with the launch of the new 100 Days to Greatness® training program for new agents, as well as launching a partnership with NAR® that brought over 5,000 agents into training. “Our mission at Buffini & Company is to impact and improve the lives of people, and as CEO it’s my responsibility to make sure our members have everything they need—the tools, the training, the strategies and support—for achieving significant on-going success in their business,” he says.

Buffini also led the charge for Team Coaching, a new level of company membership designed to coach real estate team leaders on how to effectively build a team and reach their goals. “As we celebrate our 25th anniversary this year, I am grateful to be a part of the journey for so many real estate professionals.”
