In addition to leading the largest residential real estate company in Florida, Duff Rubin took on additional responsibilities last year, being named the regional president, Southeast for Coldwell Banker Realty. He now leads 124 offices and more than 13,000 real estate professionals in Atlanta, the Carolinas, Florida and the mid-Atlantic.
Rubin prides himself in being an associate-focused leader, spending his time traveling to offices in his territory, touching base with managers and agents alike. Working tirelessly to maintain a high profile for Coldwell Banker in the community, he regularly attends community events, speaks on guest panels, gets quoted in the media and contributes articles and insights to local news media, including a monthly column in the Sarasota Herald-Tribune.
“It’s incredibly rewarding to develop agents and managers who become successful,” says Rubin. “Seeing agents new to the business who later excel and become some of the top-producing agents in their region and even the country, is gratifying. Seeing people get promoted, develop and grow is really what it’s all about for me. Your legacy is the people you helped develop along the way.”
