Eddie Sturgeon

Eddie Sturgeon joined Realty ONE Group in 2017. In his role as executive vice president of global growth, he has led the franchise sales team’s expansion of the global network. Realty ONE Group now has over 14,000 real estate professionals in more than 280 offices across the United States and in Canada. Sturgeon and his team sold 21 franchises in Q3 2020 and were included on Entrepreneur’s first-ever list of Top Growth Franchises.

Sturgeon attributes his success to exceeding customers’ expectations, taking a consultative approach, and doing the right thing for customers and candidates to create mutually beneficial relationships. He focuses on providing tools and knowledge to his team and having meaningful conversations with future brokers.
