Eric Elfman has set off to blaze a trail after taking over as CEO of MoxiWorks mid-way through 2024. With a distinguished background in the tech industry and a track record of accelerating product and a go-to-market strategy, he’s known for his strong leadership and willingness to take on challenges.

This past year, Elfman led MoxiWorks to adopt a disruption mindset, beginning with disrupting the company itself. Under his leadership, the company has pushed its focus toward improving the agent experience and accelerating the development of a modern platform for agents in brokerages of all sizes. He has also been instrumental in pushing the company toward evolving its AI usage to help grow into the future of proptech.

Looking ahead, Elfman shared that he is “focused on purpose-driven planning that unlocks success for MoxiWorks and empowers our brokerage customers to navigate uncertainty and seize growth opportunities.”
