Eric Gallus

Eric Gallus is the broker/owner and CEO of Premiere Plus Realty Co., which has grown to become the largest independent brokerage in Southwest Florida with over 1,400 agents and 300 referral agents.

Premiere Plus Realty recently opened two offices in a new county, which now has over 400 agents. Furthermore, the brokerage won three 2019 Best of Business Awards from Gulfshore Business Magazine, including Best Residential Real Estate Agency, Best Family-Owned Business and Best Small Company, as well as received runner-up for Best Commercial Real Estate Agency. The company also recently started a giving-back initiative called PPR Cares.

“However,” Gallus says, “my greatest accomplishment has been working with my team to create a culture that values relationships and has a servant-leadership approach to working with agents.”

Before joining the real estate industry, Gallus spent 10 years in the corporate world serving multiple Fortune 500 companies as a senior UI designer for application software. That experience opened the door to a successful business development consultancy. In 2005, Gallus moved his family to Southwest Florida to support his father’s real estate brokerage and referral companies. Today, with 14 years of licensed real estate and broker experience, he oversees all operations and future growth of the companies while also being one of the lead brokers. Gallus works to create the systems, software solutions and partnerships that propel agents toward a successful career.
