Erica Shireman

Erica Shireman is a dynamic REALTOR®, team leader and CEO at Keller Williams Realty New Tampa, where she exemplifies leadership and community engagement. After leaving the corporate world 13 years ago, Shireman dedicated herself to real estate and has never looked back. Starting as a buyer’s agent, she quickly launched her own team, consistently achieving and surpassing goals despite market fluctuations.

As a member of the Associate Leadership Council, Shireman played a vital role in shaping the culture of her brokerage throughout 2024. She chairs the Culture Committee, organizing philanthropic initiatives such as food drives and the annual Red Day, a Keller Williams event dedicated to giving back to the community. Additionally, she leads the Healthy Living Committee at the East Pasco YMCA, promoting wellness in her area.

Shireman was recognized as one of the 50 Most Dynamic Women in Tampa by The Lutz Laker, a local newspaper. She is passionate about mentoring newcomers in the industry, helping them navigate the challenges of real estate and encouraging their growth.
