Erin Campbell uses her passion for coaching and mentorship to empower REALTORS® and work toward a better industry. Her unique combination of skills as an educator, trainer, facilitator, writer and project manager allow her to expertly execute in-depth development opportunities for real estate professionals across the brokerage’s nationwide network.

In 2024, Campbell designed and deployed HomeSmart’s mentorship program across all corporate locations. She created and executed multiple educational courses, including SmartStart—which equips agents with essential knowledge to set themselves up for success—and Elevate—which provides advanced strategies, insights and brand-building tactics, crucial for growing business in today’s dynamic market.

Campbell also launched the SmartBuyer Representation course, offering comprehensive training on buyer representation, and designed and implemented internal staff training programs for HomeSmart’s leaders and support teams.

To Campbell, the most rewarding part of her career is “shaping organizational success through the strategic enhancement of employee and agent capabilities—driving sustainable growth by spearheading the design and execution of training initiatives.”
