In addition to being an active real estate agent, Fee Gentry is also founder of the Black Network at eXp, co-founder and chairperson of the ONE eXp diversity and inclusion initiative, and a member of the board of directors at eXp World Holding, Inc. She is proud to be the first black woman in history to hold the seat of a publicly traded real estate company. Gentry works with leadership to establish initiatives to help bring change to the real estate industry.
Though 2020 was challenging on many levels, Gentry was determined to lay down the foundation for action and awareness within eXp and help set company policies in the fight against racism and division.
“We do not tolerate racism or inequality, and we all have an opportunity to be heard,” she says. “It makes me proud to say that. But, it’s bigger than me and my race, ethnicity and gender. It’s bigger than all of that. It’s about being one.”
In addition to her crusade for social justice within her company, she also hosts two weekly inspirational YouTube shows, “A Seat at the Table” and “Black Table Talk,” creating opportunities for others to break through barriers.
