Former teacher turned REALTOR®, Fernando Arencibia’s forward-thinking initiatives have immensely benefited REALTORS® at the local, state and national levels throughout 2023.

At the state level, he was the 2023 Chair of the Florida REALTORS® Commercial Committee, where he made history by becoming the first leader to win two state awards (2023 Florida REALTORS® Commercial REALTOR® of the Year and 2023 Florida REALTORS® REALTOR® Achievement Award) in the same year. At the national level, he is a longtime national director, and he currently serves on the 2023 NAR Commercial Real Estate Advisory Board.

Arencibia was responsible for launching the first-ever commercial island at the 2023 Florida REALTORS® Convention, and led the initiative to partner with RPR to create a stand-alone webpage of all Florida commercial listings, co-branded with Florida REALTORS®. For the last two years, Arencibia has been an essential leader of MIAMI’s Building Advisory Committee in overseeing the construction of MIAMI REALTORS®’ new global headquarters, which will open in 2024.
