Fernando Arencibia Jr.

Fernando Arencibia Jr. is a former teacher turned 20-year REALTOR® whose forward-thinking initiatives have benefited REALTORS® at the local, state and national levels. After serving as 2020 MIAMI REALTORS® Commercial president and 2022 MIAMI REALTORS® chairman, he also served as the 2024 MIAMI Commercial Board governor, impacting key policy decisions and important issues affecting the South Florida commercial market.

In 2024, Arencibia curated and taught an intro to a commercial course titled, “Understanding Commercial Real Estate Through Case Studies.” He also founded and co-hosts the podcast series, “Between Two Chairs: Demystifying Commercial Real Estate,” and has interviewed the National Association of REALTORS®’ (NAR) 2025 president-elect, Kevin Sears.

At the national level, he served as the 2024 NAR director and 2024 vice chair of NAR’s Commercial Federal Policy Committee, and is a member of the NAR commercial committee, insurance committee and public policy coordinating committee. On the state level, he was elected as the 2025 Florida REALTORS® District 4 president, serves as the vice chair of state and local taxation, and is a member of the finance committee, executive committee, and the legislative and regulatory business issues breakout group.
