Fiona Petrie

Under Fiona Petrie’s leadership, gross revenues, net income, and recruitment rose in 2021, despite the pandemic. In the past year, the team successfully converted to RE/MAX Diverse, an independent brokerage, and continued to promote national and local organizations to their broker/agent networks.

Petrie led the development of an inclusion resource page and refocused the franchise’s sales strategy to create more opportunities for franchisees of differing backgrounds. In addition, Petrie and her team supported several charitable organizations.

“….There is only one thing we can count on, both personally and professionally, and that is change. What we can control is how we react to that change,” Petrie says. “Last year put us to the test to see which one we would choose: fear or hope. I prefer and opt for hope…. Fear is a terrible way to carve out your future. My team’s results are a testament to the fact that they have and continue to also choose hope.”
