Gary Malin

When it comes to the rental market, Gary Malin is an expert. Last year, he spearheaded the launch of Corcoran’s expanded suite of rental tools, including new technology that shares insights and data with landlords about pricing and velocity trends. He also had a hand in developing the company’s new lead generation program, which creates approximately 5,000 qualified rental leads per month, connecting consumers and agents within minutes.

As co-chair of REBNY’s Residential Board of Directors, Malin was instrumental in the development of CitySnap, a game-changing new listings portal and de-facto MLS for NYC, enabling the industry to challenge third-party aggregators. While his work continues to diversify income streams for agents and boosts company revenue, it also greatly improves the home-seeking experience for consumers.
