As president of Allen Tate REALTORS®, Gary Scott has focused on growing the company and attracting experienced agents. He played an integral role in the 2022 acquisition of Beverly-Hanks, REALTORS®, which added 18 offices, 500 agents, 80 employees, and $2.6 billion in closed sales volume.

Scott launched REality, a successful podcast that features top-performing Allen Tate agents, icons in the real estate industry and leaders in other fields. He also serves on Bucknell University’s Real Estate Advisory Board and Sports Biz Camps’ board of directors.

“The most rewarding part of my job and career is the opportunity to grow and develop leaders,” Scott says. “Identifying, hiring, and nurturing future leaders is key to impacting and influencing our teams. In 2022, Allen Tate introduced a Leadership Advisory Council and refreshed its Emerging Leaders Program to focus on these initiatives.”
