Gavin Payne

Gavin Payne has always been bullish on growth, and in 2023, he completed his third strategic acquisition in the last five years. Following the acquisition of a competitor’s four offices in the Central Coast of California, bringing his total office count to eight, Payne consolidated operations into a total of five offices supporting approximately 120 affiliated sales associates.

Also in 2023, Payne developed a new podcast with co-host Joshua McGrath, “East to West: The Path to Human Performance.” The podcast is a passion project directed towards providing valuable human performance information and support for the highest sales performers in the Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate network.

“As I have grown, so has the company, and as the company has grown, so have I,” says Payne. “The relationship between the company\’s growth and realizing that for it to be sustainable, I needed to grow personally and acknowledge that I will never know it all, nor can I do it all, but investing with a partner in Anywhere, we can grow together.”

Payne also runs a real estate school. The HAVEN Academy is the first and only dedicated real estate business school on the Central Coast to help guide local entrepreneurs interested in starting a real estate career.
