After working in real estate for more than 20 years, Genelle Geronsin excels as a dedicated community member and mentor to newly licensed agents. As the owner of The Geronsin’s Real Estate Group, she led her team to No. 6 in the nation for Medium Teams for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. In 2023, she received the “30 Year Legend Award” from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, reflecting her commitment to serving her clients. She is also a member of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chairman Circle – Diamond Division, which is the brokerage’s highest honor awarded to agents.

“I believe that being an advisor to our client’s home purchase or home sale experience is one of the most important life events that we have the distinguished honor of being a part of,” she says. “It is an honor that I take to heart and feel an overwhelming responsibility to ensure the greatest possible outcome for our clients.”

Throughout last year, Geronsin shared her expertise and experience as a sought-after panelist at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Stronger Together Conference, as well as a panelist and speaker at Explosion 2023 Real Estate Conference.

“I am a huge believer in imparting knowledge and sharing of information with others in the industry whether that is through small mentorship programs, speaking engagements, panel discussions or mastermind groups,” says Geronsin. “We all stand to learn something from each other, and having learned from so many people through the years, it gives me great joy at this stage in my career to spend time sharing my experiences and knowledge with others to hopefully assist in their growth.”
