Geoff Lewis, CEO of JPAR Franchising, an affiliate of JP & Associates REALTORS®, one of the largest independent brokerages in Texas, oversees all franchise sales operations and franchise support. During the COVID-19 pandemic, JPAR Franchising expanded into six new states and switched to a virtual sales approach. The company now has franchises in 20 states, with the goal of expanding to all 50.

“There is no more exciting place to be right now than real estate,” says Lewis. “The pace of change and the amount of investment into disruption of the industry is greater than it has ever been.”

Lewis retired from RE/MAX Holdings as president in 2018 after helping to take the company public in 2013. He returned to the real estate industry in 2019 to expand JPAR Franchising. As president of Vesuvius Holdings, JPAR Real Estate’s parent company, Lewis has advocated for the 100-percent commission fee model.
