Under Caropreso’s leadership, ERA agent class attendance tripled in 2024. He also introduced a new monthly virtual sales rally for the brand called “ReFuel,” featuring prominent industry speakers as well as panel discussions where ERA agents shared best practices. From developing the content, to scheduling the speakers and hosting the calls, he ventured into new territory to produce these events.
In addition, at the brand’s annual Fuel conference in Nashville, Caropreso enhanced the course offerings so that agents could see a clear path to success that included tapping into ERA professional development content.
