Greg Sexton’s firm belief is that “the key to defying mediocrity within the real estate industry is accountability from the top down.” That is the philosophy that guides him in his role as chief operating officer for CENTURY 21, and it is evidently one that has won the company continued interest from affiliates. Throughout 2024, CENTURY 21 attracted numerous new brokerage affiliations from across the country.
Sexton ensured, though, that CENTURY 21’s impact wasn’t felt only in its continued affiliation or its 2024 “Joy of Home” marketing campaign. A supporter (and since 2023, board member) of Easterseals, a non-profit that offers disability services, Sexton spearheaded what is now an annual tradition with CENTURY 21’s third global giving initiative.
“I am so proud of the relentless efforts of the brokers and agents within the CENTURY 21 Network as they not only raise money but drive awareness for the important work of this remarkable organization,” says Sexton. “Over the last year, I have had the privilege of working more closely with Kendra Davenport and her extended leadership team to create synergies that elevate the organization’s impact to more than 1.5 million people served by Easterseals each year.”
