Hoby Hanna

As CEO of one of the industry’s largest family-owned brokerages, Hoby Hanna believes that real estate professionals should hold true to their core values–even as the industry changes or new businesses enter the market and seemingly demand comparison. He extolled these and other business insights while delivering a keynote address at RISMedia’s 2024 CEO & Leadership Exchange.

In his speech, Hanna said that the changes which 2024 brought to the industry will merely result in a new way of doing business. “I think a lot of good companies, the education, the training, the amount of work they put in with their agents to really list the buyer and demonstrate value (which we never did before), is going to be a big change,” he said.

His impact on the 2024 industry was felt far beyond those words, however. In November 2024, he helped expand the company’s market reach through two strategic acquisitions: Big Hill Realty in Dayton, Ohio, and The Alliance Group Realty in Hilton Head, South Carolina.
