Holly Mabery

As senior vice president of brokerage operations at eXp Realty, Holly Mabery has been instrumental in transforming the company’s training and operational frameworks to better support agents and consumers alike.

Mabery’s leadership was vital during complex antitrust litigation; she established “Next Steps” toolkits for agents with improved compliance protocols. Additionally, she developed innovative forms like the Single Property Showing and Buyer Broker Agreements in order to streamline transactions and boost client satisfaction.

Holly is an influential figure in the broader real estate community, serving as vice president of the Real Estate Business Institute and as a member of the National Association of REALTORS® Risk Management Committee.

She began her real estate career in 1998 and has since held various leadership roles, including president of Arizona REALTORS® in 2012 and designated broker for eXp since 2018. She was named Instructor of the Year for Arizona Realtors in 2019 and Designated Broker of the Year for eXp the same year.
