Imran Poladi

Having steady leadership was never more important than in 2021. As the person trusted by thousands of REALTORS® at 400 franchise offices nationwide for NextHome, Imran Poladi led from the front. A motivator by nature, he helped his agents and staff both serve their community and better themselves during the rank uncertainty of the global pandemic, encouraging NextHome professionals to be resources for their individual communities as well as dedicate time to training and education. Poladi himself led two National Association of REALTORS® certification courses during this year, and continued to provide webinars, podcasts and other workshops to make sure everyone always had a positive way to spend their time during a very difficult period for everyone.
