Isatou Ceesay immigrated to the United States from Gambia, an impoverished country in West Africa that was struggling to transition from dictatorship to democracy, in 2002. She began caring for adults with developmental disabilities and worked her way up to the position of client services manager at Alpha Supported Living Services. Ceesay is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities by acting with integrity. She focuses on setting goals and achieving positive outcomes for the people she serves.
A career in real estate came naturally to Ceesay. She helped people in her community find homes even before she obtained a real estate license. In her current role as a broker, Ceesay works hard to guide clients through the real estate process, regardless of the price of the property or the client’s income. While her first transaction was valued at over a million dollars, she is also a staunch advocate for first-time homebuyers. She explains options that are available to them, such as HUD and other government assistance programs, to help them realize their goals.
Ceesay’s focus and determination to build a better life for herself and others have led to her success. She describes herself as “a dreamer” and looks forward to continuing to grow in the real estate industry.
“In the coming years, I hope to continue growing and progressing in my career,” Ceesay says.
