A member of Douglas Elliman’s Diamond Circle, reserved for the top 3% of agents nationwide, she ranked No. 3 for rental transactions in Florida, No. 13 for number of transactions in Florida and No. 24 by gross commission income in all of Florida in 2024.

Bild is also a member of the Masters Broker Forum, reserved for agents who have sold more than $5 million over five consecutive years. She was also named the winner of Lifestyle Media Group’s South Florida Rockstar awards, in addition to other industry awards and recognition.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, she has curated an impressive roster of clients as a former banker while living in New York City, and loves helping her clients make the transition to South Florida. “Every closing is a rewarding experience,” she says, “but I especially enjoy helping a young family secure their first home.”
