Janet Brinck

Janet Brinck quickly grew to become a success after beginning a real estate career out of college, receiving many awards within her first two years on the job. In 2012, Brinck co-founded the Dwellus brand, and in 2015 created Dwellus Luxury Homes International—which was credited by the Washington Post for selling the 2nd highest priced home in the State of Virginia.

After joining Real Broker in 2022, Brinck recruited over 400 agents and $300M+ teams to the company in 2023. Brinck also co-founded a now $100M+ team in the DMV.

Brinck is also a profound real estate and business coach, author, trainer and speaker. She aimed to impact the businesses and lives of 1,000 agents or more through free (or very low cost) training events throughout 2023. At each speaking event across the country last year, she had over 200 agents in attendance.

“The most rewarding part of my career is by far coaching and training the ‘next generation’ of agents and reinventing myself professionally along the way,” says Brinck. “The way we built real estate businesses 24 years ago is not how agents are able to build businesses today. Embracing technology, innovation, social media and a new way of branding has made my job so much more fun! Being vulnerable, and openly and honestly sharing my personal journey is truly allowing me to impact the businesses (and lives) of agents in a way that I never expected.”
