In his over 10 years with RE/MAX Properties, Inc., Jay Carden, real estate broker and team leader of the Carden Team, has actively participated in the Military First Closing Bonus Program in Colorado Springs, Colo. Many service members know the difficulties and stress that accompany a move, as many have had to relocate numerous times over the course of their service. From checking commute times to a nearby military base or simply getting his clients into areas within the school district they desire, Carden’s 10 years in the industry have made him a go-to person when it comes to checking these important boxes off a homebuyer’s list.
