He ensures that his hand-selected staff provides unwavering support to agents, creating a sharing and engaging office environment.

 

Rather than treating his company as a corporation, Murtaugh sees it as a 600-person family, treating each agent with trust and respect as entrepreneurs who own and run their own business.
