Since joining Offerpad, Jennifer Hunnicutt has advanced from Homeselling Coordinator to her most recent role as General Manager in 2022–running operations for the performance of two of the company’s largest US markets, Phoenix and Tucson. This past March, Hunnicutt helped lead her organization to an all-time Offerpad record for number of homes sold in Arizona in one month.
“Buying and selling a home is one of the most stressful things you will do in your lifetime and being able to provide convenience and control for our customers is the most rewarding part,” says Hunnicutt. “From buying a bigger home to celebrating a new baby or selling your home for a job transfer, I’ve made connections with people all over by providing the best way to buy and sell a home.”
Hunnicutt is also a long-standing member of the company’s Culture Committee aiding volunteer efforts in and outside the company and is active in the local community as a member of the Junior League of Phoenix.
