Jessica Edgerton

After being promoted to chief legal officer/executive vice president of Industry and Learning in 2023, Jessica Edgerton proved herself as a true influencer in the industry, launching the reimagined LeadingRE Institute learning platform and managing mergers and acquisitions for LeadingRE’s network of global companies. Throughout the year, she developed exclusive learning experiences for brokers, managers and agents, organized two prolific webinar weeks that attracted thousands of attendees in addition to developing and hosting Economic Insights with LeadingRE’s chief economist.

Additionally, Edgerton helmed other learning programs, including Career Gold, Sales Manager Bootcamp and MAESTRO Leadership. She is also the host of LeadingRE’s podcast, “Million Dollar Question,” where she interviews some of the industry’s most influential and successful thought leaders. In 2023, she also presented at many industry events, addressing a variety of topics from legal issues to DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion).
