Jim Fischetti

In 2023, Jim Fischetti, NextHome’s vice president of learning and development, introduced The Academy, a subscription-based service that provides both group and individual coaching. In addition, Fischetti hosted a webinar series entitled “How to Approach a Shifting Market,” which provided useful mindset strategies and tactics for responding to market changes, both now and in the future.

Fischetti created manuals for buyer agents and listing agents that included new information on buyer representation. He also led a six-part webinar series that covered numerous topics, including how to lead and adapt in changing times, how to represent buyers, and how to handle objections.
