Joan Docktor

Throughout 2022, Joan Docktor put her focus on mentorship and coaching, lending her voice to the industry space. With an abnormal market and a need for skilled and experienced agents, she was determined to help real estate professionals earn more business and gain more success. Docktor facilitated quarterly mastermind groups, mentored and coached leadership teams, prepared and educated new potential leaders as head of the Leadership Academy, hosted monthly educational events showcasing new perspectives and continued her commitment to giving back to the community.

“Helping others is—and always will be—the most rewarding part of my career,” she says. “I also aim to help through philanthropy as VP of the Board of Trustees of Fox & Roach/Trident Charities. It feels rewarding to have fostered a culture of giving back.”
