John Graff is CEO of Los Angeles-based Graff Real Estate, Inc., which includes real estate brands Ashby & Graff Real Estate, Deco Property Management and LicensePark.
Graff says one of his greatest accomplishments has been leading employment growth, rising from 22 agents in January 2018 to 50 agents in January 2019 and to 77 agents in mid-May 2019, reflecting 250 percent growth.
“When I began developing the brand and the niche we would fill in the diverse real estate industry, I never once dreamed we would grow so quickly,” says Graff. “Even more improbable was the thought of potentially being honored by RISMedia for our efforts. It is incredibly validating and a sign that we’re doing things right. Of course, we never want to rest on our laurels, so we’re quickly moving forward with a revived focus on hitting future milestones even faster.”
In addition to serving as CEO of Graff Real Estate, Inc., Graff is the managing broker of Ashby & Graff Real Estate, where he manages every single area of operations for the brokerage. Furthermore, he is a director at the National Association of REALTORS® and serves as policy advisor to the National Association of Gay & Lesbian Real Estate Professionals. Prior to his involvement in real estate, Graff spent a decade working in politics and government at nearly every level, from local school board to U.S. Congress.
