With over 17 years of public relations experience, Johnna Muscente is a leader, trusted advisor and a consummate storyteller. 2023 brought the opportunity to celebrate Corcoran’s 50th Anniversary through a robust public relations campaign, and Muscente leveraged this milestone to tell the brand story on a national level, touting Corcoran’s storied history, innovative industry firsts and leadership continuity.
“As we enter into new markets through the Corcoran Affiliate Network, being able to tell our story to new audiences, and to watch it really resonate, means the world to me,” says Muscente.
In June 2023, in collaboration with Corcoran’s Agent Studio, she launched an exclusive Media Coaching series for agents, “Master the Media: How to Differentiate Yourself & Speak to Reporters with Confidence,” featuring collaborative exercises, group discussions, reflective surveys and more. Her vision was to help brokerage agents identify their personal value proposition, learn how to prepare for an interview, and understand how to deliver their message when speaking to a reporter.
Her team also successfully amplified the launches of 11 new franchises or franchise expansions across the country and around the world.
“I am a huge advocate for our industry, and I celebrate all of the varied and amazing things we’re able to build and influence,” says Muscente. “Watching the positive impact of our strategic communication efforts on how the brokerage is perceived by clients and the public is very fulfilling.”
