As SVP of Franchise Operations, Josh Bolgren supports all strategic growth for the RE/MAX Company Owned Regions in the U.S., and assists in all aspects of franchise sales, operational strategy, performance and overall organizational improvement.

Bolgren’s outstanding achievements in 2023 demonstrate his dedication to excellence. He was a pioneering force behind MAXTECH powered by KV CORE, leading to its successful adoption and integration into the firm by ensuring agents and brokers understand how to access and utilize it with webinars and various training.

Bolgren also played a key role in revolutionizing education and training by merging the initiatives under one roof. The integration, known as RE/MAX University (RU), reshapes the way professionals are equipped for success. More than 140,000 RE/MAX affiliates in over 110 countries now have access to the reinvented learning platform known as RE/MAX University (RU). RU provides streamlined access, focused content, a new mobile app and guidance to help the brand’s agents and brokers level-up their skills.

Additionally, Bolgren was responsible for establishing a benchmark scoring system for customer service excellence across US and Canada field teams, and elevating the RE/MAX Approved Supplier Program, which expanded with more than 15 new suppliers.
