In a year of constant market fluctuation, Josh Harley led Fathom Realty through the downturn to achieve tremendous growth. By the end of the second quarter of 2022, he showed a 52% growth in revenue, 32% transaction growth, and an agent growth rate of 38%.
Harley was also awarded the prestigious Icon Award from DFW Real Producers, a community of the top 2,000 producing real estate agents, leaders, and vetted businesses in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, during the Annual ESPE Awards Gala. He was one of five finalists among top industry leaders in the region.
“As an industry, we have an amazing opportunity to touch the lives of so many people,” says Harley. “Leaders must lead by example, and I strive daily to live by Fathom’s culture of servant leadership for our agents, employees and home buyers and sellers.
