Judi Nield is dedicated to helping push marketing and technology forward in real estate. Nield oversees key departments, drives business development and marketing/technology implementation for one of the San Francisco Bay Area’s largest real estate brokerages.
Nield played an integral role in the launch of numerous educational opportunities for agents: Define Your Value Coaching Workshop, Best Practices for Implementing Buyer Representation, Fundamentals of Real Estate and the Legacy Leap! Program. Over 150 agents attended these events and proactively placed themselves ahead of the curve.
Additionally, Nield developed and launched Explore!—a weekly workshop focused on the company’s various marketing and technology resources in addition to enhanced buyer representation materials and presentations. Nield continues working with the Legacy Leadership Team and the Agent Advisory Council to identify industry pain points and bring new solutions to help real estate agents on a mass level.
According to Nield, the beauty of working in real estate is that “it is forever changing, yet somehow it always stays the same.”
