Twins Judy Weber and Jan Copeland are dedicated to helping women succeed in real estate. In 2019, they hosted the first annual “She’s UNSTOPPABLE Live” conference for women to learn, grow, network and have fun. Industry influencers and leaders, as well as top agents and brokers, shared the secrets to their success.
The sisters created LivyGirl.com, a real estate coaching and training company. They run a Facebook group called “Girls’ Guide to OUTRAGEOUS Real Estate Success,” a free learning platform for women in the industry, and encourage women to empower each other using the hashtag #weARErealestate.
In addition, Weber and Copeland are collaborating on two books. One is called “Girls’ Guide to OUTRAGEOUS Real Estate Success: Running a Profitable, Fun Biz YOUR Way.” The other contains interviews with dozens of industry influencers and nationally ranked agents and brokers discussing women’s perspectives on entrepreneurship.
The sisters emphasize the need for real estate programs “designed by women, for women.” Although most agents are women, few resources specifically address their unique needs, gifts, abilities and skill sets.
Copeland was a corporate executive before becoming one of the Top 100 Most Influential Real Estate Agents. She sold her No. 1 team to focus 100 percent on coaching female agents. Weber was a highly respected litigator who became an award-winning REALTOR®.
“Jan and I have always had a heart for women, and our passion is to empower them and enable them to take their businesses and their lives as far as they want to go,” Weber told RISMedia.
